We are about to begin Breathing Activities and Pranayama for the Special Kids from the month of NOVEMBER onwards… By introducing simple breathing activities we are preparing the kids for the practice of Pranayama to achieve remarkable benefits both Physiologically and Psychologically. As these kids don’t experience a complete deep inhalation and exhalation, it is mandatory to introduce simple breathing techniques to attain overall improvements. As breathing remains the only connection or the bridge between the brain and the external environment, changes in the patterns of breath can impact the functions of the brain especially in such kids. Notable changes tend to occur in their behavior and attention.
We are about to begin simple basic level breathing activities for the kids from the month of November’17 on Tuesdays and Thursdays alone for 15 mins instead of AIT. We recommend all the parents to follow the diet pattern to observe remarkable changes.
